Rowdy Mtns. Dancing King is pictured above in the first photo at 7 months of age! He he pictured as a kid in the next photo.
We are really excited about what this buck will bring to our program. He boasts a pedigree that is not easily found, especially in Canada. He is an own son of the legendary "DSM Cloud Dancing" that is a son of "Kaptein"! On the bottom side he is out of a Don Smith doe "DSM Gloria 2B235" who is a daughter of "EGGSfile"!! It's debatable whether or not pedigrees get any better than that! These bloodlines have consistently produced National Champion animals.
Besides his unique pedigree, Dancing King is an impressive animal to behold. The first thing that stands out about this buck is his length! He is long and deep through the chest and stands proud with a beautiful head to complete the package. A near replica of his grandsire "Kaptein", Dancing King has a powerful wrinkled front, depth of body and heavy bone. He represents the many reasons why we are so keen on the older genetics.
We saw some of this buck's first kids in person on our trip to Kentucky and we were really excited about what we saw!
